The Data Collection Server 300 provides standards-based wireless connectivity to a wide range of enterprise networks and applications. The DCS 300 supports wireless networks based on 400 MHz, UHF, 900MHz, 2.4 GHz Open Air, and IEEE802.
The server includes a full range of value-added services for network connections, data collection applications and system management. The advanced networking capacities insure faster throughput and response time for users working in large complex wireless environments. This has special significance at locations with high terminal concentrations. Slow response time means lower productivity. Automated fallback insures that mission critical applications continue to operate when key components are isolated.
