Based on the proven reliability and ruggedness of the EasyCoder 401, the EasyCoder 401 LL, is a 203 dpi direct thermal printer with a 10.39 cm (4.09") print width. Many of the same features and options available on the EasyCoder 401 are also available on the 401 LL. The 401 LL with its built-in cutter allows you to produce, on-demand, the label sizes that you need in an endless number of sizes. Simply order the label widths you need and have the cutter cut to length the size required.
Direct Thermal technology is now being used more extensively than in the past thanks in part to improved, longer-lasting and more durable label stock. In fact, our linerless label stock, with its resistance to chemicals, water and scratches, often times wears better than traditional thermal transfer paper label stock.
The savings not only in money but time and space are significant. For starters, linerless labels on an average hold more than 50% more than die cut labels. This translates to less roll changes by the operator, less weight resulting in cost savings on shipping and less space used in storing label stock.
