PSC's SureCube Automatic High Speed Dimensioning System measures the length, width, height and volume of cartons over conveyors or in-motion scales for material handling systems. The system can be supplied with a bar code scanner for identifying and dimensioning, or integrated with an in-motion scale to provide a completely automated system to identify, size and weigh cartons.
State-of-the-art optics combined with PSC's unique triangulation measurement techniques, make the SureCube High Speed Dimensioning System accurate regardless of carton orientation. This advanced measurement method also eliminates the need to mount optical sensors beneath the conveyor. The system mounts around existing conveyors or in-motion scales with minor modifications, reducing installation downtime and complexity.

Easy Installation

Unparalleled Accuracy
Employs high resolution industrial CCD and tachometers to produce measured reproductions of .250 in (.635 cm) in length and height and .125 in (.318 cm) in width. The high resolution quadrature encoder guarantees accurate measurements at speeds from 10ft (3.05m) per minute to 600ft (182.9m) per minute even when the conveyor starts and stops.
High Speed
Compatible with conveyor speeds up to 600ft (182.9m) per minute, with higher conveyor speeds possible.
Low Gap
Since all sensors are mounted in a single plane perpendicular to conveyor travel, only a 2 in (5.1 cm) gap is required, regardless of conveyor speed.
Random Carton Presentation
Accurate measurements are made regardless of the location, orientation or angle of the carton.
