PSC Europe offers a wide selection of cost-effective wand input devices for your particular label quality, bar code density, and application needs. These input devices are available in undecoded or decoded versions. RS-WAND and KB-WAND, the decoded versions, offer the same functions as the PSC MASTER + range of decoders such as decoding, flexibility in adjusting the message formats, and more.
SW-20 & SW-200 wands read high resolution bar codes and are suitable for applications where accurate, reliable contact scanning are essential. Made of reliable stainless steel, they are available with flat windows (SW-20) or ruby tip (SW-200). The tip is replaceable by the user.
The KB-WAND and RS-WAND are the ideal solution for notebook connection because their power consumption is very low. These wands have a red LED to acknowl-edge receipt of good read. Their tip is in truncated ruby. KB-WAND is designed for keyboard wedge communications and RS-WAND for RS-232 communications. KB-WAND and RS-WAND are decoded versions (MASTER + decoder integrated).
